Using your TymeBank app
You need to have the TymeBank in order to do this. It’s very easy to download and activate, the process takes just a few minutes. From your TymeBank app; do the following in order to withdraw money without a card.
- Login to your TymeBank app.
- Click on the menu on the top left.
- Tap on cash.
- Tap on “Cash withdrawal”.
- Enter the amount you need.
- Tap on “GET TYMECODE”.
- Show the code to the cashier to withdraw your cash.
The menu icon is located on the top left of your screen, there are multiple options to choose from. Choose the cash option then proceed to follow the above steps. You can’t withdraw anything less than R10.
You have 30 minutes to show your code to the cashier, the cashier will use this code to validate if your account exists and then withdraw the money for you. If it expires then you can just request another code.
