How to get a bank statement from Nedbank app

Getting a statement from the Nedbank app seems to be very confusing. I have tried getting a bank statement from the Nedbank Money app with no success. This is a guide on how to get a bank statement from Nedbank app.

Using the Nedbank app

How to get your bank statement using the Nedbank app.

  • Login to your Nedbank app.
  • Click on the name of your account.
  • Swipe left and navigate to “Features”.
  • Click on “Statements and documents”.
  • Tap on “statements”.
  • Download your bank statement.

You can download your statement in PDF format or by other formats. The trickiest step is step 2, right after you have opened your app, you will see the “Everyday banking” section, which usually displays your current balance and your total available balance.

You will see that there is a small arrow that is pointing on the right, which is next to your account balance. Click that arrow, it will take you to a transactions tab, you will also see other tabs like “Debit orders” and “Card management”. Swipe right to get to the “Features” tab and click on it.

Getting the statement online

  • Go directly to Nedbank.co.za
  • Login to your account by using your username and password.
  • From your dashboard, click on your account name.
  • Scroll down and click on “statements and documents”.
  • Click on PDF if you want the PDF version or select the version you want.

Getting the statement from online is a bit challenging; after logging in to your account; you will get a dashboard. That dashboard has similar features to your Nedbank Money app. Find the name of your account and click on it; mine is “unlocked.me”. It’s usually on the right side of the screen if you are using a desktop.

It will take you to a transactions page; scroll down until you find a list of clickable links. At the top of this list is “statements and documents”. Click on that link; it takes you to a page that allows you to get your bank statement.

This article will be updated as soon as we get a solution for the Nedbank Money app.
